Senior Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities:

• Represented the company as a brand ambassador, promoting electricity plans and assisting customers with service enquiries.
• Engaged effectively with customers and key stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
• Achieved monthly sales and performance targets.
• Handled day-to-day administrative duties and maintained accurate records.
• Kept up to date with market developments and industry trends.
• Identified business opportunities and addressed customer challenges proactively.
• Supported the implementation of new initiatives and service improvements.
• Contributed to the development and enhancement of customer service quality standards.
• Managed customer enquiries across multiple channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or the electricity/utility industry will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
• Comfortable interacting with customers through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable with 1-year contract
