Senior Executive, Client Engagement (Luxury Retail)

About the Role

A well-established luxury retail company is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Client Engagement to support CRM operations, customer engagement initiatives, and premium client experiences.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer relationship management, luxury client interactions, event coordination, and engagement marketing within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & CRM

• Coordinate customer-facing digital communications across different client segments
• Support CRM campaigns, newsletters, and post-purchase engagement initiatives
• Maintain and update customer records within CRM systems
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer data and campaign records

Client Experience & Loyalty Programmes

• Support planning and execution of gifting, loyalty, and customer engagement programmes
• Coordinate with external vendors and brand partners for engagement activities
• Assist with seasonal and VIP customer engagement initiatives

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Support reporting and administrative coordination related to customer engagement activities
• Prepare engagement-related documentation and records
• Track engagement activities and support process improvements

Event Support

• Attend customer or brand events when required
• Represent the company professionally during customer-facing activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related disciplines
• Prior experience in CRM, customer engagement, customer service, marketing coordination, hospitality, or luxury retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, presentable, and customer-oriented personality
• Candidates with experience in luxury retail, premium lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments will have an advantage
