Job Description - Senior Executive, Student Recruitment & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Lead, coach and manage the Student Recruitment & Partnerships team to ensure operational excellence and high service standards.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with secondary schools, tertiary institutions, education partners and community organisations to generate recruitment opportunities.
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion performance, analyse follow-up reports and recommend improvements to optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • Attend to customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email and live chat during peak periods.
  • Plan and execute Open Houses, education fairs, roadshows, school outreach programmes and other recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' of experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or marketing, with prior team leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment events, school outreach and Market Engagement.
  • Sound understanding of lead management, customer engagement and sales conversion.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's higher education landscape, with an established network in the education sector being an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
