Senior Lifeguard (Team Lead)

Job Description

• Lead the lifeguard team during each shift.
• Supervise swimming pool safety and operations.
• Coordinate emergency rescue operations.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters.
• Conduct induction and emergency response training.
• Ensure all rescue equipment and first aid equipment are operational.
• Maintain staff certifications and training records.
• Prepare incident reports and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with NUS safety procedures and SOPs.
• Cover meal breaks and coordinate manpower deployment.

Requirements

• Relevant swimming pool operations experience.
• Bronze Medallion (Singapore Life Saving Society) or equivalent.
• Valid Standard First Aid + CPR + AED certification.
• Knowledge of spinal injury management and oxygen resuscitation.
• Able to communicate and write in English.
• Medically fit.
• Good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Minimum GCE O-Level (3 passes) or equivalent.
