Executes high-end makeup, guides junior staff, drives retail sales, and manages brand PR

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Advanced Artistry & Styling

• Tailored Consultations: Assess client skin tones, face shapes, and personal preferences to recommend or create custom looks.
• Specialized Application: Provide flawless application for bridal, editorial, photography, and high-fashion runway shows.
• Media & TV: Adapt makeup for specific media lighting, HD camera resolution, and studio settings.

• Leadership & Mentorship

• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and mentor junior artists and beauty advisors on techniques and brand standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets premium industry and company standards before clients step on-set or to events.
• Team Scheduling: Manage the floor rosters and workload distribution in busy retail or studio environments.

Sales & Brand Representation

• Product Promotions: Act as a brand ambassador to inspire customers and actively drive retail sales of cosmetics and skincare.
• Event Hosting: Lead on-stage beauty demonstrations, PR campaigns, consumer workshops, and live-streaming sessions.
• Client Retention: Foster long-term relationships with VIP clientele to ensure recurring business and brand loyalty.

Operations & Hygiene Management

Inventory Control: Monitor product stock, manage inventory, and assist with ordering new makeup supplies.

Strict Hygiene Enforcement: Ensure brushes, palettes, and cosmetic stations are sanitized and compliant with Singapore safety standards

• Provide professional makeup and styling services for portrait photography sessions, including personal branding, executive portraits, and family portraits.

• Design complete look concepts including makeup, hair styling, and wardrobe coordination suitable for studio photography.

• Work closely with photographers to ensure styling aligns with lighting, composition, and overall creative direction.

• Prepare clients before photo shoots and provide on-set adjustments when necessary.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, product usage, and styling presentation.

• Ensure each client’s look is tailored to enhance facial features and suit studio portrait requirements.
