RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations & Facility ManagementOversee daily salonoperations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.Manageinventory and stock, ensuring beauty products and salon supplies are adequatelyreplenished.Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices across allworkstations.Arrange for routine maintenance and servicing of salonequipment.Sales & Financial PerformanceMonitor and analyze sales metrics todrive revenue growth and meet financial targets.Manage the salon budget, overseeexpenditures, and process payroll/transactions.Develop strategic marketingcampaigns, promotional packages, and loyalty programs to attract and retainclients.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and coach beautytherapists, hairstylists, and junior staff.Create fair, efficient staffschedules that account for peak business hours and seasonality.Conductperformance evaluations and organize continuous training programs to keep theteam updated on industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

    Those with Degreeor diploma  and sales experience will bean advantage
