Our client is a leading infrastructure and utilities provider supporting next-generation residential developments in Singapore. They are looking to hire a Senior Manager /Manager (Technical Operations) to lead service delivery and operations.

Location: West

Duration: 1+ 1 Year contract minimum

*Experience in Engineering / customer service / operations etc.

Your new role

You will lead a team overseeing technical operations within residential developments, ensuring efficient issue resolution, strong stakeholder engagement, and high-quality service delivery.

Team Management

·      Lead and manage a team responsible for tracking and resolving Centralized Cooling System (CCS) issues within HDB dwelling units(DUs).

·      Leverage IT systems, MSOffice applications, and data analytics to streamline operations and improve administrative efficiency.

·      Take ownership of high-profile and sensitive cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer inconvenience.

·      Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders including customers, contractors, and agencies to ensure effective execution and issue resolution.

Budgeting

·      Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking, forecasting, scenario planning, allocation, and optimization for the business unit.

·      Drive stakeholder communication and negotiations, including preparing and delivering regular reports.

What you'll need to succeed

•                Degree with 6–8 years’ experience in operations /project management

•                Open to working beyond office hours and weekends when necessary (only during peak periods)
