Senior Occupational Therapist (5 days / Private)

Multiple locations around West, North-East & East available!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the client's physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans
• Conduct caregiver training and education
• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices
• Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary
• Participate in quality improvement, research and collaborative projects
• Conduct training for therapists, support staff and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standards

Requirements:

• AHPC Registration
• At least 1 - 2 years of Occupational Therapist work experience
• Passion to work in community settings
