As we continue to expand our presence in Singapore, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercially driven Senior Product Specialist to join our Medical Aesthetics team at CellResearch Consumer Health.
The Role
The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and growing CALECIM®’s professional business across Singapore by acquiring new medical accounts and managing a portfolio of existing customers.
This is a field-based commercial role focused on medical aesthetics, working closely with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, medical spas and other aesthetic healthcare professionals.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen and the ability to communicate scientific and clinical information confidently to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect and open new professional accounts across Singapore.
Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic GPs, medical aesthetic clinics and medical spas.
Deliver product presentations and scientific detailing to healthcare professionals.
Develop territory plans to maximise market coverage and sales opportunities.
Represent CALECIM® at conferences, workshops, training events and industry meetings.
Develop long-term partnerships with assigned accounts.
Grow account revenue through regular engagement, training and business development initiatives.
Support with marketing events and programs.
Conduct clinic visits to support the implementation of treatment protocols and product usage.
Work closely with clinic owners, doctors, nurses and therapists to maximise adoption.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive account management.
Deliver product training to doctors, nurses and clinic staff.
Support product launches and new treatment protocols.
Communicate clinical evidence and scientific data in an accurate and engaging manner.
Ensure customers are confident in recommending and using CALECIM® products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an active sales pipeline.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and territory reports.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Work closely with the Marketing, Education and Customer Success teams to execute commercial initiatives.
Provide customer feedback to support product development and marketing activities.
Participate in exhibitions, workshops, KOL events and educational programmes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the medical aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, beauty or professional skincare industry.
Existing relationships within Singapore’s medical aesthetics industry are highly desirable.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to interpret and communicate scientific and clinical information.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational and territory management skills.
Valid Singapore driving licence is advantageous.
