We are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant at our Singapore office to provide recruitment and executive search services to industries like Finance, Legal & Compliance and Technology.

In Order To Be Successful, You Will Require:

• Minimum 3 years’ 360 recruitment experience in a search firm.
• Background in either Finance, Legal & Compliance or Technology recruiting.
• Solution sales and/or business development experience would be a plus.
• A good understanding of the relevant industry that you would like to focus on.
• An ability to create rapport and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients is essential to your success.
• Previous experience in successfully reaching revenue targets and KPI's.
• Ambition, sense of self pride and developing a reputation for excellence will be essential qualities
• Be a highly proactive individual with experience in a role where persistence and tenacity are paramount to your success.

Job Details:

• Provide full end-to-end recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management.
• Deliver bulk recruitment projects.
• Attract and source suitable candidates using various mediums, including; talent database searches in combination with LinkedIn and advanced internet/database searches.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Only selected candidates will be contacted.
