Senior/ Sales Executive (Outdoor/ Home furnishing)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential clients, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending conferences and workshops as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
