Senior Stage Manager

- Be in charge of the Stage Manager andstage crew.

- To ensure that all stage productions areof a high level of standard at all times.

- To hold weekly meetings with the stagecrew, production team and managers to troubleshoot, motivate and seek toimprove.

- To be updated of latest performances andballads

- To be updated of latest lightings andsound equipment and stage props

- To ensure that expenses of performancesand stage personnel are within budget.

- To understand and be updated of the needsof the audiences.

- To attend monthly management meeting withshareholders.

REQUIREMENTS

The incumbent must

- Possess a high standard of organizationaland interpersonal communication skills

- Possess at least 3 years of relevantexperience in stage productions or stage management.

- Be able to work under pressure andability to deal with all levels of people.

- Willing to work extra hours.
