Senior Station Agent

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support station manager in supervising and managing the ground handling staffs handling flights
• Manage, motivate and engage staffs by providing an open feedback culture and managing performance on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and airline safety and security procedures to meet/exceed regulatory standards
• Conduct investigations on irregularities, accidents or complaints as per our standard reporting requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in ticketing matters
• Resolve issues/conflicts in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in airport passenger service or ground handling
• Excellent multitasking and communication skills, service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
• Be able to work under pressure and keep calm when emergencies and unexpected situations occur
• Be meticulous and attentive to details
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends
