Job Summary

Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest service, manage and develop a team, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support initiatives to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure prompt, friendly service and a positive guest experience
• Manage and train waiters and bartenders to achieve high performance and service standards
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the restaurant environment at all times
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations
• Assist management in implementing new initiatives and strategies to increase sales and improve operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a restaurant team effectively
• Ability to perform under pressure with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant setting
