Server (Korean Restaurant)

Position: Korean Restaurant (Server)

Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and daily specials.
• Answer customer questions and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant's ordering system.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to additional requests.
• Clear used dishes and prepare tables for the next guests.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when appropriate.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Salary: $1800-$2100 (Based on experience and education)

4 days off per month, 7 days annual leave
