SERVICE ADVISOR

Serve as the main contact between customers and the workshop to ensure quick responses and smooth service.

Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Arrange test drives with customers to identify any additional issues, if needed.

Accurately record customer concerns on the job card.

Provide estimated time for completion.

Monitor service progress and update customers.

Inspect repaired vehicles before handing them back to customers.

Coordinate with other departments to fix any issues after repairs.

Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service. 

Complete admin tasks, billing, and close job cards on time. 

Manage and maintain the Management System, ensuring accurate data entry, record management, system updates, and report generation to support business operations.
