Responsibilities
• Support supervisors in managing stocks and inventory, fulfilling allocated responsibilities. • Ensure overall restaurant upkeep and promptly report any issues to superiors. • Execute opening and closing tasks as assigned, preparing for service and completing necessary closing duties. • Ensure proper table setup and service. • Complete all tasks with timeliness and punctuality. • Promptly fulfill food and beverage orders and other guest requests in line with operating standards. • Establish strong rapport with guests and recognize and cater to the needs and preferences of regular patrons.
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in similar role in a japanese restaurant
