Job Description - Service Coordinator / Executive (Customer Service) LT2

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer's enquiries via email or phone calls
  • Generate quotations and process purchase orders
  • Advise customer on products and services related information accurately
  • Generate sales from customer's queries
  • Resolve any customer's complaint and issue arise
  • Attend to any questions or queries related to company's product
  • Plan and allocate adequate manpower to complete assigned jobs
  • Manage purchasing related matters as per customer's queries
  • Work closely with Service Engineers for any job task related matters
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • ITE/ Diploma in Business, Engineering, or any related field
  • No experience required
  • Good communication and customer service oriented
