We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Crew member to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Your main goals will be to provide friendly, efficient service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
1. Customer Service & Hospitality
Guest Welcome: Greet arriving guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide them with menus.
Order Taking: Answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, upsell daily specials, and accurately record food and beverage orders.
Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
Guest Satisfaction: Check in on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and swiftly handle any special requests or complaints with a positive attitude.
2. Cashiering & Transactions
Bill Processing: Prepare accurate bills, process cash and card payments, and handle the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow proper opening/closing cash-handling procedures.
3. Cleanliness, Food Safety & Maintenance
Table Turnaround: Clear tables quickly after guests leave, sanitize surfaces, and reset tables for the next customers.
Dining Area Upkeep: Keep the dining room, condiment stations, and restrooms clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Food Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to government health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company food handling policies.
4. Teamwork & Communication
Kitchen Coordination: Relay specific dietary requirements, allergies, and modifications accurately to the kitchen staff.
Team Support: Assist teammates during peak hours (e.g., helping the kitchen with basic prep, washing dishes if needed) to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required (on-the-job training will be provided).
Skills: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
