Service Crew

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome customers promptly upon arrival to create a positive first impression
• Present menus and assist customers in selecting food and beverage items based on their preferences
• Accurately record customer orders and deliver them to the kitchen or service area
• Respond proactively and resolve customer complaints or issues to maintain satisfaction
• Prepare and present bills clearly and process customer payments efficiently
• Set up, clean, and organize workstations to maintain hygiene and operational readiness
• Monitor and replenish tableware during shifts to ensure availability for customers
• Provide customer service through various platforms to address inquiries and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations as needed
• Ensure customer safety throughout their dining experience by following safety protocols
• Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations by anticipating and fulfilling needs
• Collect used tableware and perform washing, drying, and related cleaning tasks
• Clean and tidy the entire restaurant area, including tables, chairs, floors, counters, exterior, and restrooms
• Assist in preparing simple ingredients or sauces to support kitchen staff
• Carry out other assigned duties promptly and effectively as required

Job Requirements:
1.     Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred; training will be provided for candidates without experience.

2.     Good customer service and communication skills.

3.     Positive attitude, responsible, and able to workwell in a team environment.

4.     Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

5.     Good time management and multitasking skills.

6.     Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

7.     Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

8.     Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
