💰 Competitive Salary: SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,500 (Based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Crew, you'll be the face of our brands and play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest.

🍽 Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure a pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Present menus confidently, introduce our signature dishes, and recommend daily specials and promotions.
• Answer guests' enquiries regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and food allergies.
• Build positive guest relationships through personalised and attentive service.

📝 Order Taking & Food Service

• Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently.
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guests' dining experience.

💳 Cashiering & Restaurant Operations

• Process payments accurately using cash, NETS, credit cards, and digital payment methods.
• Handle reservations, walk-in guests, and table allocation efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area throughout service.
• Prepare and reset tables to ensure smooth table turnover.

🤝 Teamwork & Operational Excellence

• Work closely with both Front-of-House and Kitchen teams to deliver seamless restaurant operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented during peak service periods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred.

✔ Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

✔ Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

✔ Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with customers.

✔ Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.

✔ Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
