Job Summary

Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. You are the face of our brand and key to customer satisfaction.

Location: Far East Square Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT

AM: 10am to 6pm
PM: 5pm to 3am

(inclusive 1 hour break)
6 Days work week

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Present menus and explain daily specials clearly to assist guest choices
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems to ensure correct processing
• Serve food and drinks following established service standards to maintain quality
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly
• Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
• Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior food and beverage service experience to support effective guest interactions
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills to engage guests positively
• Basic English (& Mandarin) proficiency to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs
• Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork spirit to contribute to a positive work environment
