Service Crew (F&B)

About the role

Pancake King is seeking a Service Crew (F&B) to join our dynamic hospitality teams around Singapore. This is a full-time position where you will be working on the front lines of our store, delivering exceptional customer service and learning the skills of baking and making drinks as you go along.

What you'll be doing

1. Learning the art of baking and making fresh products on site

2. Packing food and beverages to serve to customers

3. Operating the point-of-sale system to process payments and manage transactions

4. Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing recommendations from our menu

5. Collaborating with team members to support smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach

2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

3. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork
