Job Descriptions

• Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression
• Thoroughly explain menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, following proper service sequence
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
• Continuously monitor and address guests' needs, providing attentive service
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, resetting tables promptly
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-end Japanese restaurant or similar upscale dining environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and dining etiquette
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and maintain composure
• Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
