Service Supervisor (Baker & Cake)

Location:

• East Coast & Changi Airport

Work Schedule:

• East Coast Outlet: Flexible shifts available from 7am - 5pm or 11am - 9pm.
• Changi Airport Outlet: Choose from flexible shifts between 8am - 6pm or 12pm - 10pm.

Working Days:

• 6 days per week, including public holidays and weekends (off-in-lieu provided for working on public holidays).

Criteria/Job Requirements:

• Independence: Do you excel when given the freedom to thrive? We're seeking self-starters who can handle autonomy.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of sales or service experience. Your expertise matters!
• Coffee Making Skills: Are you a wizard with an espresso machine? Experience and knowledge in crafting espresso-based coffee is a plus.
• Leadership: Ready to take the reins? Demonstrate your management and supervisory skills to lead effectively.
• Team Management: Lead the team with finesse! Efficiently manage inventory and staff roster.
