Shipping Coordinator

Job Description:

• Oversee all shipping paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, and other documents.
• Keep track of all shipments and communicate with customers if any delay as well update through pre-alerts.
• Processing of import and export customs permits for warehouse goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarder on all inbound/outbound shipments to ensure goods are received/delivered on time.
• Process monthly closing and provide periodic reports to manager.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Previous working experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
• Pass the Customs Competency Test for Declarants (SC 401).
