SHOP FLORIST (FULL TIME)

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum with 2 years of floral arrangement experience

- Creative with new floral and/or wreath concepts

- Good understanding of customer needs in floral and/or wreath trends

- Able to satisfy the requirements of customers

- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

- Possess the ability to come up with innovative ideas to arrange flowers and/or wreaths

- Hardworking, proactive and willing to learn

- Good attitude and team player

- MUST be able to work on rotate weekends and public holidays

- Experience in funerary wreaths is an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Create and design arrangement of flower collections (including hand bouquets, wreaths, table flowers, and centerpieces)

- Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions

- Fulfil daily customers' orders

- Prepare and pack flower arrangement and other materials required for event set-up

- Care and maintain flowers and plants and optimum condition for their storage

- Optimize the use of flowers and plants to minimize wastage

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area, equipment, display cases and shelves

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
