1. Daily Operations Management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bubble tea shop to ensure smooth functioning. • Open and close the store according to SOP, including cash handling and POS reconciliation. • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times. • Ensure consistent drink quality, taste, and presentation as per brand standards. 2. Sales & Reporting • Assist in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor and analyse sales trends and suggest promotional ideas to boost sales. • Prepare shift reports, cash reconciliations, and daily operational checklists. 6.
