2. Language Proficiency: Knowledge of the Mandarin dialect is essential.

3. Performance Skills: Ability to deliver captivating and memorable performances that showcase vocal talent and artistry. Must be able to interpret songs with emotion and effectively use body movement, spoken language, facial expression, and action.

4. Rehearsal Coordination: Capable of arranging and participating in extra rehearsals with musicians to ensure the quality of the song.

5. Live Performance: Comfortable performing on stage in front of a live audience.
