SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure work is carried out according to schedule

• Supervise cleaners/workers on site and ensure job quality meets company standards

• Coordinate manpower deployment and task assignments

• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained

• Communicate with customers, building management, or supervisors when required

• Handle on-site issues, feedback, and basic problem-solving

• Report job progress, issues, and completion status to the office team

• Ensure workers follow safety rules, company SOPs, and site regulations

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in site supervision or cleaning/service operations preferred

• Able to manage workers and work under pressure

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, punctual, and reliable

• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices

• Able to work flexible hours when required

• Basic WhatsApp / mobile reporting skills
