About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a SmartThings Installation & Customer Service Specialist. This role is responsible for assisting customers with the setup of Samsung SmartThings, providing on-site support, and delivering clear demonstrations to help customers maximize the use of their smart home devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with installing and configuring Samsung SmartThings devices and applications.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to ensure successful setup and connectivity.
• Conduct basic demonstrations of SmartThings features to educate customers on usage and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and installation activities.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and manage customer appointments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in IT, Electronics, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of smart home devices, mobile apps, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
• Prior experience in customer support, technical assistance, or field service is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
