Social Media cum Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

- Assist with photography/videography during shoots

- Support influencer collaborations and track campaign performance

- Curate and Excecute Marketing Campaigns

- Monitor social media engagement and brainstorm on content ideas

- Handle incoming appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and customer enquiries in a timely & professional manner (Walk-ins, WhatsApp, Social platforms)

- Follow-up on customers inquiries/appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize waiting time, avoid clashes and ensure smooth daily operations

- Ensure reception area are clean and tidy

What we’re looking for:

- Interested in beauty, content creation, and social media

- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills

- Familiar with platforms like Instagram and TikTok

- Skilled in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or other content tools

- Strong writing and communication skills

- ⁠Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

- ⁠Able to commit to your role and work independently when needed

- Able to work retail hours in Yishun
