Soft Service Facility Executive

Job Summary

You will coordinate and oversee soft services operations across industrial sites, ensuring vendor compliance, managing permits, supporting budgeting, and driving continuous service improvements to enhance workplace experience and safety.

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Soft Services Facility Executive to support the delivery of integrated facilities management services across our clients' industrial sites. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day soft services operations, ensure service excellence, manage vendors, and maintain compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee soft services, including cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, pantry, laundry, catering, and general workplace support.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, quality standards, and HSSE requirements.
• Coordinate permits, documentation, service records, and compliance requirements.
• Support budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Liaise with clients to address service requests, resolve issues, and enhance workplace experience.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor service performance, and support management reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and service enhancement initiatives.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or soft services.
• Experience working in Bukom, Jurong Island, or within the oil & gas/petrochemical industry is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated through managing multiple vendors and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial site requirements.
