Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate Software Support Specialist to join our fast-growing HR technology team. If you're customer-focused, enjoy troubleshooting software, and want to build a career in SaaS, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work with innovative HRMS solutions used by businesses across Singapore and the region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
Guide customers through onboarding and system setup.
Deliver user training
Work closely with our Product and Development teams to resolve complex issues.
Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base.
Ensure customers have an exceptional experience with our HRMS platform.
Requirements
Diploma or Post Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, Customer Success, or Software Support.
Experience supporting SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or Singapore MOM Regulation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
