Responsibilities – Sourcing Executive

• Identify, source, and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Conduct supplier assessments and maintain supplier databases.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand sourcing requirements.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality and delivery concerns.
• Maintain accurate sourcing records, documentation, and reports.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
