Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and appointment bookings efficiently to ensure a seamless visit

• Uphold and consistently demonstrate the Spa’s highest service standards

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services offered, and respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations with confidence

• Provide professional recommendations on products and treatments tailored to each customer

• Prepare treatment products and manage stock replenishment to ensure adequate supplies

• Clean and sanitise work areas, change treatment room linens, and sterilise all instruments and equipment before each use
