Job Summary

Provide attentive nursing care and support to infants and their parents in a nurturing environment, ensuring safety, development, and effective communication while leading a team of Infant Care Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infants’ health and wellbeing according to established nursing protocols and standards
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and customer service to infants and their parents
• Feed infants on a scheduled routine to support nutritional needs
• Change diapers and bathe infants maintaining hygiene and comfort
• Ensure all infant care items are clean, safe, and well-maintained for use
• Maintain a consistent supply of diapers and baby products to meet daily needs
• Record and report infants’ daily activities and health status accurately
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about infants’ progress and any concerns
• Foster secure attachments in infants through warm, consistent, and nurturing caregiving
• Lead and support a team of Infant Care Specialists to deliver coordinated care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in nursing care
• Experience working in a maternity ward
• 1-2 years of relevant nursing or infant care experience is advantageous
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided
