Storage Operations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Storage Operations Executive to oversee daily storage operations and ensure efficient utilisation of storage facilities. The successful candidate will coordinate customer storage requirements, inventory control and operational activities while maintaining high standards of service, safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily storage operations, including receiving, storage, retrieval and dispatch of goods.
• Manage storage space allocation to maximise warehouse capacity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory records and ensure accurate stock movement and documentation.
• Coordinate customers' move-in, move-out and storage arrangements.
• Liaise with internal departments, customers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and investigate discrepancies when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety regulations and operational standards.
• Monitor the condition and housekeeping of storage facilities.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory reports and service documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve storage processes and operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in storage, warehouse or logistics operations.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
