Studio Lead

We are a forward-thinking organization specializing in Finnish sauna culture and associated wellness therapy facilities. Our mission is to inspire our community to adopt and integrate authentic Finnish sauna traditions as an integral part of their daily wellness lifestyle.
Löyly Studio is a wellness and sauna experience space inspired by the Finnish tradition of sauna culture. We provide a relaxing and authentic environment that helps guests reconnect with their body and mind through heat, contrast, and calm.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, goal-driven and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Reception & Guest Management

• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival.
• Manage bookings, payments, and schedules using the studio’s reservation system.
• Provide accurate information on services and policies.
• Ensure a smooth flow of guests and a pleasant first impression.

2.     Customer Experience & Engagement

• Educate and guide guests on Finnish sauna rituals, culture, and etiquette.
• Address on-site and online enquiries (email, chat, and social media).
• Gather and relay guest feedback to improve service quality.
• Build strong relationships with guests and foster repeat visits.

3.     Premises & Operations Management

• Manage the service roster and be accountable to ensure the studio has service staff at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene throughout the studio.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate restocking of amenities.
• Conduct checks to ensure equipment and facilities are well maintained.
• Support the team in day-to-day operational needs and events

4.     Grow membership and ensure continued customer service satisfaction.

• Develop relevant marketing plans and work with Marketing for continued customer engagements.
• Develop and execute events and programs to build up the membership base.
