Supermarket Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members and plan work schedules accordingly.

• Oversee inventory levels, product presentations, and store cleanliness

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner

• Identify and discard expired or damaged merchandise

• Restock and rotate products to ensure optimal freshness

• Maintain fully stocked display areas at all times

• Apply FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles to extend product shelf life

• Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  
• Able to work shifts, 6 days per week.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supermarket environment, with at least 2 years in a management role
  
• Service-oriented and a team player
  
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both employees and customers.
