Job Description - SUPERVISOR

Manage daily gas station operations, including fuel supply management, equipment inspection, service scheduling, and on-site daily affairs coordination to ensure smooth station operation.
Lead, train, and supervise station staff, arrange daily shifts, assess team performance, and improve overall service quality and work efficiency.
Strictly implement national safety regulations and company safety management systems, conduct daily safety checks, eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure zero safety accidents in fueling, storage and equipment operation.
Responsible for station sales target achievement, formulate daily and monthly sales plans, promote station value-added products and services, and boost overall operating revenue.
