Job Description
1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service processes and guaranteeing service quality and guest experience.
2. Lead the service team in scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and daily supervision.
3. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies; maintain the store's reputation and improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rates.
4. Supervise the store's hygiene, safety, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring all operational aspects meet relevant Singapore regulations.
5. Assist in controlling store operating costs, managing inventory of beverages and supplies, ensuring sufficient supply and no waste.
6. Coordinate the execution of store-themed events and parties, coordinating on-site service and personnel allocation to ensure the smooth operation of events.
Requirements
1. Experience in entertainment industry management and familiarity with operational models.
2. Possesses excellent team leadership, communication, coordination, and on-site emergency handling skills.
3. Preferably with retail sales experience.
4. Service and sales-oriented.
5. Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills.
6. Proven sales track record.
7. Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends, and evenings.
