SUPERVISOR

Job Description

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across residential and commercial properties.
• Plan and assign work schedules to maintenance staff.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and clients regarding maintenance issues.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and equipment.
• Prepare maintenance reports and service records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests when required.

Requirements

• Experience supervising maintenance teams.
• Able to read technical drawings and maintenance reports.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and after office hours when required.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations.
