Receive customers and understand their preferences by asking questions
Provide quality service to the customer.
Manage store staff shifts and cooperate with the boss to carry out marketing activities
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee salary formulation

- Responsible for training frontline employees
- Responsible for customer tracking and feedback
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years retail store supervisory experience
Able to handle end-to-end store operations including inventory & staff admin
Strong customer service & communication skills
