Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead cleaning staff at assigned sites.
• Assign daily cleaning duties and monitor work performance.
• Ensure cleanliness standards and client requirements are met.
• Conduct routine site inspections and address issues promptly.
• Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages.
• Handle client feedback and report operational issues to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and be on standby for operational needs when required.
• Good problem-solving and time management skills.
