Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff.
• Prepare, pack, and display food products.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer service and cashier duties.
• Monitor stock, receive deliveries, and replenish supplies.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
• Open and close the outlet.
• Perform general operational duties, including cleaning, packing, washing, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in F&B or retail.
• Able to lead a team and work independently.
• Hands-on and willing to perform general operational duties.
• Responsible, reliable, and customer service-oriented.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
