Job Title: Supervisor – Frozen Food Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and physically demanding Supervisor

to join our frozen food company. The role requires working

in a cold room environment, overseeing daily operations,

and ensuring smooth workflow while reporting directly to

the Manager. Candidates with experience in the frozen food

industry are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the cold room and ensure

smooth workflow.

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of frozen

food products.

• Maintain proper cold room temperatures and ensure

food safety standards are met.

• Assign tasks and monitor work performance of team

members.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene

regulations.

• Assist in inventory control and stock checks.

• Report operational issues, staff performance, and

stock concerns to the Manager.

• Support the Manager in improving efficiency and

productivity.

Requirements:• Proven supervisory experience, preferably in the frozen

food industry.

• Ability to work in cold room conditions for extended

periods.

• Physically demanding and able to handle manual work when

required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-

solving skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory

role, preferably in a frozen food or warehouse

environment.
