Supervisor (Luxury Fashion)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a renowned luxury fashion brand to hire an experienced Retail Supervisor in Singapore. We are looking for passionate retail professionals with strong leadership capabilities, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven track record in luxury sales and store operations.

In this role, you will support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while motivating the team to achieve business goals.

The Job

• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
• Achieve sales targets through strong selling skills and clienteling
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to drive performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and VIP clients
• Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and stock management
• Monitor store KPIs and support business growth initiatives

The Talent

• Minimum 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role within luxury retail
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and store operations experience
• Sales-driven with good communication and problem-solving skills
