Supplier Business Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with suppliers.
• Facilitate and coordinate supplier programs, product launches, and training with sales, marketing, and Asset Management teams.
• Develop strategic business plans with suppliers and drive sales organization to achieve results.
• Coordinate and participate in business reviews at headquarters and branches.
• Support the sales team on major opportunities to provide direct supplier support.
• Operate as the primary point of contact for supplier-related issues.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in any discipline with at least of 5 years’ experience in the electronics industry.
• Creative ability to contribute to product marketing ideas, strategies, brochures, and related materials.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to engage suppliers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills to build relationships across multiple levels.
• Possesses strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience working with Japanese suppliers will be an added advantage.
