Job Objectives
Airbus Avionics is an Original Equipment Manufacturer within Airbus, responsible for avionics and radomes products for aircraft.
Airbus Avionics headquarters are located in Toulouse. With the objective to increase customers proximity, Airbus Avionics has set up facilities in Singapore and Miami offering regional Customer Support, warehousing and repair capabilities. Repair capabilities exist as well in Kuala Lumpur and China (Beijing, & Jinjiang). Over the past 10 years Airbus Avionics has provided spares and repairs support to all customers in the Asia-Pacific region from Singapore.
The jobholder is responsible for supervising the operations repair stations appointed by Airbus Avionics in APAC & China regions, managing and supporting repair activities performance provided to customers in a timely manner, and leading continuous improvement within the Customer Order Desk (COD).
Job Responsibilities
The jobholder is based in Singapore and will lead a multi-functional role to supervise Airbus Avionics supplier performance and ensure customers satisfaction by fulfilling the following:
Customer Management
Operations Supplier Management
Continuous Improvement
